ROLE
UX Designer @ BABCO
SCOPE
Led end-to-end design for the NIXTLA product dashboard, taking early founder concepts through a full problem-framing process to final dev handoff within a 3-week timeline. Owned user flow architecture, the product onboarding experience, a comprehensive Figma design system, and edge-case component coverage. Collaborated directly with the PM, founders, and brand designer to ship a cohesive product under significant time pressure.
This became the founding design system for the product, setting the visual and structural foundation that subsequent features were built on.
