As a core contributor, I helped define the product's primary user flow, centered on a virtual chat agent that guides both candidates and hiring managers through the application and hiring process. I also established the interface design system by building a component library in Figma using design tokens, then scaled those components across 15+ screens for web and mobile, including a multi-step onboarding flow.
